TERMS & CONDITIONS

Santorini Luxury Roses provides marriage proposal planning, decoration, photography and videography services in Santorini.
Bookings require a €300 non-refundable deposit. Final payment is due on the day of the proposal. Payments are accepted in EURO only.

Date changes are subject to availability. No refunds apply due to weather conditions. Deposit validity extends up to the next calendar year.

Final deliverables are edited JPEG images delivered within 10 days. RAW files are not provided. Artistic style and editing are at the sole discretion of the photographer.

Santorini Luxury Roses retains full commercial and promotional usage rights. No liability is accepted for public authority decisions, third-party services or subjective outcomes.

Personal data is processed according to GDPR regulations. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are used upon consent.

Governing law: Greek Law.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Greece.
In case of discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
